Our Story
Daruma started with a simple idea: food should make people happy. For us, Asian cuisine has always been more than recipes — it’s a way of sharing culture, passion, and memories. Our inspiration comes from the lively street markets of Vietnam, honor & respect for ingredients of Japan and sizzling energy of Korea, our philosophy is to respect traditions while keeping things curious and fresh. Every dish should feel honest, soulful, and made with care.
We bring together the flavors of Asia. That means bold spices, slow-simmered broths, bright pickles, and fresh local produce all on the same table. Our menu moves with the seasons, offering warm bowls for colder days, playful bentos for quick lunches.
